Q: How do I register for the Community Rewards Program?

A: You may register for the Community Rewards Program at any Lafayette Community Branch location or by completing the Enrollment Form and choosing the charitable organization you wish to support.

Q: How will the Community Rewards Program benefit my charity?

A: Whenever you use any of our deposit services, we will make a contribution based on your average balances to your chosen nonprofit organization.

Q: How do I know how much my organization has earned?

A: Each time we make a reward payment to your organization, we will mail you information about the amount contributed from your participation in the program.

Q: May I change the organization I wish to support?

A: Yes. You may change the organization you wish to support at any time by visiting any Lafayette Community Bank location and asking for assistance.

Q: I represent a charity. Can I encourage my supporters to participate?

A: Absolutely! We appeciate your help in promoting the Lafayette Community Bank Community Rewards Program and we want you to be successful. Consider promoting your participation in newsletters and other publications.
