I want to thank you for taking the time to look around our website. If you are reading my letter, you have invested some of your valuable time finding out about our bank, which we really appreciate.
So what is it that separates Lafayette Community Bank from every other bank in town, and why does it matter? Let's start with the 5-C's.
Consultative - We seek to be value added partners in all of our interactions with our customers. We go the extra mile to help you with financial solutions that make sense for you, your family and your business. We want to work with you to find the best fit for your needs.
Character - Finance is close to the vest. It's personal. In a word...private. We keep our interactions with our customers confidential. Our customer service employees are professionals, as are all of our lenders. In fact, our lenders have over 100 years of banking experience combined.
Committed - We started our bank in 2000 right here in Lafayette, Indiana. Our capital came from people right here in our community and we are investing right back into the community we call home. Today, we have 4 full service banking locations in Tippecanoe County. We are extremely proud of the fact that we just opened our brand new Corporate Office in the heart of Downtown Lafayette and our brand new West Lafayette Banking Center. Every year we support over 75 local charitable organizations both financially and by supplying volunteers.
Customers - We know our customers by name. We answer our phones. You are the reason we are here. We never lose sight of the fact that you are our first priority. If you have any concerns about the service you receive from us, I want to hear about it personally, and we'll work on it until we get it right.
Community - It's in our name, and it's etched in stone above the doors at our new locations. We make local decisions, with local people that know our community. That's because we all live and work right here in Lafayette, Indiana. Lafayette Community Bank - Your Dreams Your Community, Completely Invested in Your Hometown.
Thanks for taking your time to read my letter!
