We will upgrade your online account the evening of December 12, 2012 to give you stronger security safeguards. You can prepare now by confirming your user ID and password meet the new security requirements.
If you need to change your Customer Number (User ID) and/or Password, here's how:
- Log in to Online Banking and go to “User Options.”
- Click “Change Customer Number” and “Change Password” to update each.
- Create a new ID and password that meet these new requirements:
Please note: After the upgrade, your Customer Number will be referred to as your User ID. The new requirements are not displayed on your current User Options page. Be sure to reference the information above as you create your updated User ID and password.
What to Expect After the Upgrade
The first time you log in to Online Banking after the upgrade is complete, you will be guided through the easy steps to strengthen your account security. It will take about five minutes to complete the steps. The following screen will prompt you to get started:
