Add your Organization

If your local community organization is a registered non-profit or school and you would like to add your organization's name to our Community Rewards database, click on the link below for the form. Complete and print the form and mail or bring it to one of Lafayette Community Bank's branches. There is no cost to be added to the Community Rewards Program, and it's extremely easy.
